Learned it the hard way over last 15+ years. Of course reference checking usually mostly helps if the new job is pretty similar, although you do learn many personality traits. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Recruiting advise is one of the key things for VC&#039;s to help their startups with.</description>
