Dogpatch Labs NY opened in January 2010 and has been the home to a number of great companies and entrepreneurs.  Now that we are six months old some of the original members are moving on to more permanent offices.   Just recently we were sad to say goodbye to Scoopst but we hear their new digs are really nice.

But as desks empty they are quickly getting filled by new and exciting people and companies.   We were over whelmed with interest for desks that will become available this summer and wish we could have accommodated everyone.  Moving in next week we are pleased to welcome Dominic Preuss and the founding team of NeverWhere.

Dominic Preuss was introduce to me as one of the best product guys in NY.  Dominic just left FiLife where he was SVP Product and Technology and previously held product positions at Google and meetup.  During his stay at Dogpatch Labs NY Dominic will be working with and advising Dogpatch companies while he is working on some ideas of his own.

Also joining us is Jonathan Hefter and the team from NeverWhere.  I first met Jonathan this spring at the Kairos Society Summit.  Jonathan is one of those really smart and engaging young entrepreneurs who you believe will be successful at what ever he does.  While his company Neverhere is in stealth mode…what I can say is that they are developing an exciting new approach to desktop virtualization.
