Recently I wrote about how having a focus on delivering quality content to your customers makes a difference.  Whether it is merchandise, video entertainment, editorial or jobs.  In that post I referred to a Polaris Venture Partners company JIBE.   I talked about how the founder Joe Essenfeld was totally dedicated on having the best job listings possible from brand name companies.  Well so far it is paying off.  Job seekers are coming to the site and applying to the jobs form MTV, Microsoft, HP, Wells Fargo, Amazon, Merck and others.    And the other day Rezscore picked JIBE as the best job site of 2010.   Joe and his team are building a great company.
